This three-day seminar covers the practical knowledge and
hands-on exercises you need to prepare you for beginning and completing
a project successfully. You
will learn how the Project Management Body of (PMBOK) can be integrated
with each phase of the project life cycle. This is a hands-on course.
The class is divided into project teams.
Each project team develops a project from beginning to end using
the project management concepts presented in this course.
